Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All plans can be cancelled any time before the next billing date. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

M-Pesa and PesaPal — both processed instantly. Employer-invoiced payments are available for CPA candidates (email accounts@highmarks.io).

Do you offer refunds?

KCSE has no charge to refund. For CPA, the 7-day free trial is your evaluation window before the first payment.

Can I get a free month by inviting friends?

CPA subscribers can invite 5 friends and earn a free month. KCSE access is already free for every learner.
